Looking for a gathering that’s fun to host, meaningful for your guests, and refreshingly stress-free? Cheyenne Mountain Makery offers both Youth and Adult Private Party Workshops—fully guided, hands-on creative experiences brought directly to your location.

Whether you’re planning a party for a birthday, bachelorette, girls’ night, team-building event, homeschool or scout gathering, or just a reason to reconnect, we make it easy to bring people together in a way that feels creative, welcoming, and memorable.

You choose the place. We handle the rest.

What to Expect
You’ll choose your project, design, or theme (we’re happy to help you pick the best fit for your group and age range). Your private party includes guided instruction in a supportive, confidence-building environment where everyone can enjoy creating—no artistic experience required.

Workshop length depends on the group and projects selected:

• Adult parties typically run 90 minutes to 2 hours

• Youth parties typically run 60 to 90 minutes

All materials are included. We bring the supplies, manage setup, guide the experience step-by-step, and handle cleanup so you can relax and truly enjoy your event.

Youth workshops are thoughtfully structured and well-managed, with age-appropriate guidance that supports different abilities and learning styles, helping each child feel successful and proud of what they create.

Pricing
The Private Party Booking total is $425 for up to 10 attendees.

Booking Details
A $75 booking fee deposit is required to reserve your date and will be deducted from your total cost. Private parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance, and the booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of invoicing to secure your spot.

After booking, you’ll receive a private registration link to share with your attendees so they can register for your private event and select their project.
